Use of Hydron as a Fuel to use in motorised machines is not new. What is OR was new, the way Stanley Meyer came up with his Hydron Fuel device. His method was simple and highly efficient. Even today it can give excellent results. One can easily achieve 40% to 100% fuel efficiency. His device was Big and Bulky, but with current methods of manufacturing, we can make it small or big according to the size of the machine. The main problem with all these devices which can make lives of millions easy, is that, they not in the favor of those into big businesses and governments so, the technology will definitely improve over the coming years and centuries but not like the way it can or it should.
All the fancy hybrid and electric cars we now see on the roads with 40 MPG or 100 MPG (only in the developed countries) are not something totally brandnew. All this technology is at the least 100 years old or maybe more older than what we know. People living in under-developed countries, already using machines which runs 30 to 90 MPG without all the fancy hybrids or electrics. Why we still face shortages of fuel? The answer is simple Corruption. Corruption of many types and shapes. How on earth are these big businesses will make any money at all if every new technology make things inexpensive or almost FREE? Water is 3 parts of our Earth but alas it is a shame we don't know how to make use of sea water. Some people know but they will never tell anybody.
In Pakistan, back in 2012, few people claimed that they make machines run on hydrogen fuel. One of them was Agha Waqar. He demonstrated his device several times but in the end he was put on charges of corruption and nobody knows what happened to him. Nobody knows where he is now. Strange. Another person, he was or he is using hydrogen since 2005 or 2006. He is a rich and educated person but again it is not in his favor or in the favor of big oil companies so, nobody knows anything about him too. Few others who said OK we not going to make our device 100% water fuel but just 20% fuel efficient, they also disappeared and nobody knows where goes all these people. All these people like Stanley Meyer, did a terrible mistake, they tried to convince the crocodiles of the big big businesses and corrupt governments to let them work to make the lives of millions easy. They were neglected, ignored, insulted and pushed back into oblivion.
After the disappearance of all the above people, we saw dozens of Toyota Prius, second generation on the Pakistani roads. They are 4 to 6 or 8 years old but cost just like a brand new Toyota Prius. So, we can see how ignorant people are all over the world. Use of hydrogen fuel or electricity fuel based on local technology is cheap but they prefer to pay 10 ~ 20 times more to purchase imported vehicles to get a fraction of what they can get locally.

looks like somebody has come up with Stanley Meyer FCI system
With the 3D scanner, printer, replicator, one can somehow manage to build parts of Stan Meyer's HHO system. As someone has already done that. Fuel injection system seems pretty close to what Meyer was doing with his HHO injectors. Inserting HHO in the combustion chambers of the engine. The ceramic being used in Meyer HHO system can be of other high quality ceramic as not everyone can afford to have the same thing used in space shuttle.
