Unemployment in Pakistan is a big issue. Many people are unemployed because jobs are distributed among who ever the employer likes, this simply means personal liking . To be selected for THE job is 70% personal likeness and the rest 30% based upon combination of experience, qualification, job requirements, salary demanded by the prospective employee, belonging to a gang specially a political parties gang or local thugs who are or were the norms or something considered as a typical ingredient of the city life specially in Karachi, Lahore and other main business activity places.
