Intel GMA 4500 vs ARM Mali 400

In this piece of writing, I'm going to try to compare the two GPUs. Estimated rough guessing. Practical experience of the two GPUs rather than just some software generated numbers aka Benchmarks. Proven or not but this is what it is. Personal experience and observation.
So, lets jump right to the point without going into why, how, oh no, impossible, unbelievable, and blah blah blah sort of things. As I have already said, I might be wrong.
Well, I recently bought a refurbished Dell desktop for my light weight computing requirements like MS Office PLUS some light weight Gaming like....... hmm..... like GTA. After installing some other softwares and updating system softwares, like drivers, I thought lets play some games and see how well this GMA-4500 performed. So, I tried to install few of the old days games like Civilization 4 and for some reason, the pre-installed windows7 64bit is not supporting many of the OLD AGE softwares, games I have. DAMN! It must be something to do with the 64bit vs 32bit thing.
Oh well, as I don't want to spend hours upon hours re-installing softwares after softwares just to see which one is working on what and how well. I decided to let the refurbished system work the way it is and lets find some alternate solutions to it. So, after searching and recalling my memories I 've found two interesting Android Emulators. As I already own a Qtab V8 with 3G and Quad core and Mali 400MP or just Mali 400, I opted to get Android Emulator instead of iOS (iPhone/iPad) Emulator. So, I got this
Try it out, you will Like it A LOT. Good for me, better will be for you.
That's how when it's initiating. The below is when its loading
The Earth with the cities, grow brighter and brighter as the Emulator loads up more and more till 100% its fully lit up, like, power of the city has been restored to its fullest.
Once the Android Emulator is fully loaded, this is how it looks like with its Desktop screen as if we are looking at the HOME screen of our Smart (Android) cellphone or tablet

So, that is the HOME screen. Now, the best part or icing on top of this emulator is, that, we can download OR install, as many APPS (Android softwares) as we would like to using this emulator into our computer's HDD unlike our Android cellphones or tablets with 1~2GB ROM or internal storage where every Android application installed by default. ROM on Android cellphone or tablet is like C: drive in our computers. Its the DEFAULT location to install Android applications. SDcard can not be used to install softwares. SDcard are mainly for the use of music, movies, extra files like updates etc BUT we can NOT use a SDcard like HDD in a computer to install as many softwares as we would like to.
This is how Android Application Store looks like
   That was about Droid4X emulator.
Now the thing I wanted to share is that, despite the fact that the GPU in Dell computer is Intel GMA 4500 (with or without HD) is inferior to that of ARM Mali 400.
The reason for which I'm saying this is, I tried to play Order and Chaos 2 using this emulator and it just didn't work, meaning Intel GMA 4500 can not run OC2. Maybe its because of 64bit Win7. Where as, my Chinese Qtab V8 with Mali 400 can easily play any heavy 3D Android game, including Order and Chaos 2.
This is how it looks like when I play OC2 on my Qtab V8
Gameloft's Splash (logo, animated logo screen) . Intel's GMA 4500 doesn't go any further than this step. The Emulator than stops and that's about it. No Order and Chaos 2 or 1 on Intel GMA 4500 with 64bit. It may run surely if I run it on External Graphics card like Geforce or Radeon.
Game is loading or starting. Intel GMA 4500 can't even goes upto this stage.
Login Step. Select the method we want to log into the game.
After selecting how we want to log in. Then comes the Connecting step
Character selection step. Everything is running nice and smooth. Amazing isn't it? a mobile GPU and CPU can run this game BUT Intel's 4500 GPU with QuadCore can't even load the game. So we can assume that practically, Intel's GMA 4500 even with a QuadCore is inferior system to that of the Chinese 3rd grade tablet with MediaTek QuadCore CPU and single core or multi core Mali 400 GPU.
The last step is a picture of my character standing inside the game with other players (human players) around me.
That's how the game runs on Qtab V8.
I have yet to check out the system in detail whenever I may have some extra time. So far, Intel's GMA 4500's performance is very very poor. Hopeless.
But, despite its hopeless performance in terms of gaming. I did managed to play Half Life 2 episode 1 with everything almost to High except Anisotropic and anti-aliasing things. Water reflections at high. Strangely, since installing more RAM, the game is no longer working. hmm...
